Items being returned must
be in their original packaging or carton, individual packets must
be unopened. We do not refund open individual nappy packets unless the product is faulty.

30) with a standard carton order of Baby Supreme nappies, or 160
(instead of 80) with a Jumbo carton order. No other nappy retailer

Under our unopened packet
easy exchange policy you can exchange any unopened nappy packets
at your local distribution centre for any size nappy you require. Please phone 0800 4 NAPPY for further information. This policy eliminates any concerns
you may have about growth spurts when you purchase nappies in bulk from
the quality of all our products. Each product is checked and verified
before it is dispatched. If it doesn't reach you in perfect condition
we will replace it FREE of charge.
